He is currently acting as Consultant, Retainer, Advisor in Civil and Criminal Laws, Industrial and Labour laws, Intellectual Properties laws, Contracts etc. and is Trusted advisor to Board of Directors, executive management teams as well as a result-oriented leader with proven expertise in resolving legal issues, industrial disputes and implementing mechanisms to mitigate legal risks. An Arbitrator and trained Mediator with far reaching ideas to resolve issues with alternate dispute resolution methods enabling faster close-looping. He has Expertise in pleading, drafting of Writ petitions, Appeals, Revisions, plaints and written statements in civil suits, agreements, deeds, contracts pertaining to various subjects.
He has acted as Administrative Head while working as District & Additional Sessions Judge and headed the team of more than 150 employees and has Performed administration & management of staff of more than 150 employees including sanction of leave, superintendence over subordinate judges, drawing and disbursing officer, supervision on entire administration, accounts & finance. He has acted as Chairman of Legal Service Authority providing free legal aid, conducting legal awareness programs. He has acted as a Mediator and settled several cases through Alternate Dispute Resolution. He has worked as Additional Director at International Mediation Centre and Maharashtra Judicial Academy Uttan, District Thane., & imparted Training to the Judges, Public prosecutors, Government Employees, Lawyers & Law students.
